Cub3 Technologies (“Cub3”, “we”, “us”) is committed to delivering your orders safely, efficiently, and on time anywhere within South Africa.
1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to all major cities and regions within the Republic of South Africa. Delivery to remote or outlying areas may take longer than standard delivery times.

Orders are shipped using reputable third-party courier services selected at our discretion to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.
Cub3 Technologies does not guarantee delivery by a specific courier unless agreed in writing prior to dispatch.
—3. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value.
- Free delivery is available on orders over R2,500 (conditions apply)
- Orders below R2,500 may incur a delivery charge
Delivery promotions may change from time to time without prior notice.
—4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Main centres: 2–5 business days
- Outlying areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
—5. Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on stock availability and order volume.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
—6. Delivery Confirmation & Risk
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the specified delivery address.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details provided are accurate and that someone is available to receive the order.
—7. Failed or Delayed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect information or no recipient available, additional delivery charges may apply.
Cub3 Technologies is not liable for delays caused by courier service providers or events beyond our reasonable control.
—8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting support@cub3.co.za.
Please include your order number and photographic evidence where possible to assist with the investigation.
—9. Split Deliveries
Cub3 Technologies reserves the right to split orders into multiple shipments where necessary to ensure faster delivery. No additional delivery charges will apply for split deliveries.
