Order Tracking

Cub3 Technologies (“Cub3”, “we”, “us”) provides order tracking to help customers monitor the progress of their deliveries once orders have been dispatched.
1. Order Status Updates
After placing an order, you will receive email notifications at key stages of the order process, including:
- Order confirmation
- Order processing
- Order dispatched
These notifications are sent to the email address provided at checkout.
—2. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided via email where available.
Tracking details may include:
- A tracking number
- A tracking link to the courier’s tracking system
- Estimated delivery timeframe
Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to become active.
—3. Accessing Your Order Tracking
Customers can track their orders by:
- Using the tracking link provided in the dispatch email
- Logging into their Cub3 account and viewing order details (if applicable)
- Contacting Cub3 support for assistance
4. Delivery Updates & Delays
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of Cub3’s control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or remote delivery locations.
If there is a significant delay with your order, Cub3 will assist in liaising with the courier where possible.
—5. Missing or Incorrect Tracking Information
If you have not received tracking information within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us at support@cub3.co.za with your order number.
Cub3 will investigate and provide updates as soon as possible.
—6. Delivered Orders
Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, it is considered complete.
If you believe an order has been incorrectly marked as delivered, please notify Cub3 within 48 hours so that we may assist with an investigation.
